Shortest Day of the year

This is my second month here in Nunavut on my second tour, and Ill be here over Christmas

Today was the shortest day of the year.


Here in Iqaluit the weather network reported:
Sunrise 9:22
Sunset 13:42
For a total of 4 hours and 20 minutes of sun. I went out side at 2pm and the sun was still out so I'm not sure the total time with no light.
I enjoyed the 24 hour light wayyyyyyyyy better.

On May 30 2010 Marky Mark and I arrive to get started on the 3 year project. Looking forward to it.

I hope I wont "regret it"...
